| Testimonial: | PACIFIC VW is best. i bought a Bug from santa monica location yrs ago, but moved to torrance, so PACIFIC is located closer. i was a lil apprehensive about using dealership that did not sell me the car, but wtf, i stopped by anyways. and much to my surprise, the service was excellent ... my headlights went out at 20K miles + battery weak. so i asked service dept to investigate and respond. they shuttled me back to work to wait for their reply. by noon i was informed that the battery AND the headlights were replaced FREE OF CHARGE! all was replaced under the new car warranty. also, i spoke to a sales guy and he was stellar. his name was Kim Shirazi. he is a great guy. i was thinking of trading my Bug for a Jetta. he helped me to determine that what i really wanted was an Audi, and he said "no problem". he referred me to an Audi guy and asked me to ret'n if i wasn not satisified ... now that was really helpful. i bought the Audi but i wish i could have bought the Jetta since Kim was such an exceptional salesman. so if you wanna VW, give Kim a call ... he is THE MAN. he just happened to have a girl's name, that's all. (lol) |

| Testimonial: | Well I don't know about the service department, but I did just get a new Jetta here last weekend. Nanci was very fast and efficient in dealing with me. All the paper work was done before I got there and I was in and out with my trade in and all. I had a very nice experience and think that Nanci was very good, especially dealing with women. I was not harassed at all and feel really good about the whole experience. |
