Face it, nobody actually enjoys taking their car into the dealer for service. It doesn't even make $$ sense if your car is out of warranty. With a ten year old car, most people would source out an independent service garage for lower prices. But I keep coming back to this dealer. I like the peace of mind that if there is anything wrong with my car, the technicians have seen that problem before. But the biggest plus for me is service advisor Susan Ahn. To put it quite simply, I trust her. When I drop my car off for service, I don't live in fear that I might get screwed with a procedure I don't need just so the dealership can make more money. I appreciate her personalized service. I drive a ten year old car but she makes me feel like the owner of a brand new GTI.

I was prepared to be difficult upon arriving at Pacific Volkswagen because my dealer in Santa Monica--which was much closer--suddenly became a Kia dealer! But I wasn't their first disgruntled transfer from Santa Monica, and the staff did everything to make my visit pleasant. ---- Pacific VW seemed much more organized and efficient than my previous dealer, despite their heavy influx of new, displaced customers.
